*Important When using the USB-C switch to a Thunderbolt 3 dock, it will support only ONE display with a max resolution of 4K@60Hz.
Note#1 We do not recommend using a USB-C coupler to connect the switch to a USB-C hub or docking station with an integrated pigtail cable.
Note#2 Do not use Thunderbolt 3/4/5 cables for connection. Only use the included USB4 cables to avoid compatibility issues.
Note#3 The switch is designed to connect to a single monitor with a USB-C input. For multi-monitor setups or monitors with DisplayPort / HDMI inputs, a USB-C docking station is required.
Note#4 The remote control is pre-paired with the switch. To pair a new remote, connect the switch to the computer, then press and hold the Pair button for 5s until the LED stops flashing.
  • For issues such as black screens or USB devices not functioning properly, try flipping the USB-C connector to see if that resolves the problem. Note: While some users report success with this setup, it is not recommended.

  • One, the device supports one 4K@60Hz extended display on macOS.

  • Yes, but it only supports ONE extended display when used with Thunderbolt 3 devices, including laptops, monitors and docking stations. Additionally, when used with a Thunderbolt 3 dock, the video resolution is limited to 4K@60Hz.

  • USB 3.0 devices can emit interference in the 2.4 GHz range, disrupting wireless signals. To resolve this, use a USB extension cable to move the receiver away from the USB 3.0 device, or connect it to another USB 3.0/2.0 port to reduce interference.

Is this device compatible with Thunderbolt 3 devices, and are there any limitations?
Yes, but it only supports one extended display at 4K@60Hz when used with Thunderbolt 3 devices, including monitors, docking stations, and laptops.

How do I pair the remote if it isn’t working?
