Merchandise eligible for a full refund of the original order amount
Non-defective Returns
a. Used/Open product cannot be returned b. Unopened product - A 15% restocking fee will be applied in addition to a deduction of the original shipping cost
Upon approval of your request, you will be instructed to return your order with a copy of the order invoice/receipt to the provided address. We will process your refund within 5 days or receiving the return, and notify you by email.
