Using with a 2017 12 inch MacBook. Super-stoked about the ~4k at 60Hz part, but the ethernet adapter is not supported natively by MacOS and Cable Matters does not currently have a dedicated MacOS driver download for this SKU. The hardware is from Realtek Semiconductor with Product ID: 0x8152f. I was able to get it working with the MacOS driver download for SKU 201013/201020 which is for Realtek. Would be 5 stars if the ethernet hardware was natively supported and was gigabit, but I’m guessing the USB 3 spec just doesn’t have enough bandwidth for both gigabit ethernet and 60Hz ~4K. Can’t have it all!
