Sales and Customer Support Specialist (Consumer Electronics)

The Role

This position will work closely with the sales and operations teams to answer customer inquiries for sales, technical support and general information. You will interact with individual and business customers both electronically and over the phone with detailed product sales quotes and technical support information.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls
  • Provide order quotes and process B2B orders in our ERP system
  • Ensure that all quote and orders meet discount and pricing policies
  • Resolve or escalate customer concerns without delay
  • Accurately select, pack, and ship customer (B2C and B2B) orders, as needed
  • Perform all job functions efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with problem solving skills
  • Willingness to master product expertise in consumer electronics
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds without assistance
