Customer support was not helpful. Having issue with driver and requested to have driver emailed to ensure that I had the correct one, but they kept asking for an order number. I explained that it was ordered before I began working for my employer and that in a company the size of mine, I would not have access to the order number. I sent photos of the device and they asked for a serial number. There are no markings on the device and no S/N on the package. I gave them the UPC # which is the only number on the package. I was told that the 1 yr warranty expired and to purchase a new one. They can't support sending a software driver after the warranty period? The Win 10 driver I downloaded installs the Ethernet adaptor driver but also causes an error for unknown USB device. The cable should show up as a serial device on a com port.

I bought this because I have google fiber and wanted the super speed :) With this I have it. I was a bit bummed that the drivers are not included in Mac updates. After upgrading to 10.10 it stopped working but the support site on this site quickly got me the right driver. Great support...great product.
